Phases 01 – 04

Brand Transformation

An existing business whose brand no longer fits what it does.

The situation

Brand Transformation is for a business that already has customers, revenue and a working model, but a brand that no longer matches any of it. This usually happens quietly: the business added a product line, moved upmarket, or simply outgrew the identity a founder put together in year one, and the mismatch shows up as confusion at the point of sale rather than as one obvious failure. Unlike a launch, there is real equity to protect here, so the work has to change what no longer fits without discarding what customers already trust.

How the phases apply

  • 01DiscoverWe find out what has actually changed about the business since the current brand was built, and what part of the existing brand still carries genuine equity worth keeping.
  • 02DefinePositioning is reset to match the business as it operates today, deciding deliberately what to keep from the old brand and what finally gets replaced.
  • 03DesignIdentity, messaging and visual systems are rebuilt against that new positioning, so nothing about the brand still points at a version of the business that no longer exists.
  • 04BuildWebsite, business assets and marketing foundations are rebuilt to carry the new brand consistently, so the transformation shows up everywhere a customer encounters the business.

What you walk away with

A brand that matches the business it actually represents now, carrying forward the trust already earned rather than starting over and losing it.

What business are we building?

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the business, not the brief. Ninety minutes, no obligation, and you leave with something useful either way.
