Growth

Every engagement defines its measure of success before the work begins.

What this looks like

A growth engagement at Covorn begins with a number, not a feeling. A client who wants "more visibility" is pushed to say what visibility is supposed to produce, a lead count, a booking rate, a cost per acquisition, before a single campaign is planned. An initiative that cannot show movement against that number by an agreed date gets paused and replaced, not kept running because it is already built and stopping it feels wasteful. This is uncomfortable for clients used to being sold a year of activity up front, but it is the only version of growth work that is actually accountable to anything.

Across the framework

  • 01DiscoverA growth engagement starts by establishing the baseline the rest of the work gets measured against, not by establishing what the business wants to hear.
  • 02DefineThe specific target, not a vague ambition, gets written into scope here, so both sides know exactly what success looks like before any budget is spent.
  • 06GrowThis is the phase that exists because we treat growth as ongoing discipline, not a delivered project. The compounding only happens if the measurement keeps happening after the campaign that started it is long finished.

What business are we building?

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the business, not the brief. Ninety minutes, no obligation, and you leave with something useful either way.
