Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. HMO deposits are refunded at the desk. Self-pay deposits come off your bill, and are refunded in full if you cancel 24 hours ahead.

Can I book for a parent?

Yes. Use your phone number for contact and their details for the booking. They can bring someone with them.

Prefer to book by phone?

Our team takes bookings Monday to Saturday.
