Which opens how
Casement
Side-hinged sashes that open outward like a door. Full ventilation and a tight seal when closed.
Sliding
Sashes slide past each other on a track. Ideal where outward opening would hit a walkway or burglar bars.
Awning
Top-hinged, opening outward from the bottom. Lets air in during rain; popular in bathrooms and kitchens.
Fixed picture
Does not open. The biggest glass, the slimmest frame, the lowest price per square metre.
Louvre
Adjustable glass blades for steady airflow. A Nigerian classic, now with better seals.
Tilt and turn
Tilts inward at the top for safe airing, or swings fully open for cleaning. Our premium option.

FAQ
How close is the online price to the final quote?
Usually within 10%. The final price depends on the exact opening, wall depth and access, which we confirm at the survey.
Can I mix styles on one job?
Yes. Add each window to the job sheet separately and send the whole list together.
Do prices include fitting?
The builder shows supply prices. The job sheet adds an example installation charge of about 10%.
Is there a minimum size?
Very small windows are priced as one square metre to cover cutting and assembly.
