It varies, often three to nine months. We tell you honestly at the start and chase it monthly.
Q02Can you search land outside Asaba?
Yes, across Delta State and in neighbouring states through counsel we work with.
Q03Do I need a survey plan?
Yes. If you do not have one we arrange a registered surveyor to prepare or check it.
